  Hi there. No, these are digital tickets called "Smart Ticket". All you need is an eplus account and then download the eplus app. Not sure if eplus accepts oversea telephone numbers when creating an account but might as well try first and see how it goes. Let me know if you got any other questions.

  Hey I have a similar issue , I am interested but as I am - tourist I cannot download the app . Is there any other way to send the tickets?

  I don't think there's any other ways to send these digital tickets to you. Maybe you can use VPN and change your location to Japan and then download the ePlus app. Can you try that?
