  ･分配でチケットを受け取る同行者の方も、ぴあ会員登録が必要です。ぴあ会員IDをお持ちであれば、どなたにでも分配いただけます。
  ・分配受け取りの際、同行者の方の会員登録状況により電話番号認証が必要な場合がございますので、必ず事前に分配をお済ませください。

  I checked the ticket information, and it says that the companion needs a Pia account. It also says that phone number verification may be required depending on the account.
  
  However, it doesn’t say that a Japanese phone number is required. So I think you should try creating a Pia account first.

  That's the issue, for creating a PIA account I must have a japanese number. It doesn't allow me to create an account with my italian number

  I didn’t know that a Japanese phone number was required for registration. The ticket information only said that phone number verification may be required, so I thought an overseas number might work.
